The topic of my bachelor thesis is ,,The optimal model of e-commerce“ and its project. In my work I write about history and conception of internet step by step. Next I put mind to process and development of e-commerce, its advantages and disadvantages and also I add some graphs with information about. I also solve an economical aspects of ecommerce and I compare e-commerce with ordinary shop. At the end of my work I propose optimal e-commerce, that´s mean describe, what it should have and how it should look. And I also add describtion of real pages, choosen by me as an optimal for e-commerce.
Application of fiber composites in automotive construction

This thesis deals with the application of fiber composites in car construction. Fiber composites in automobile are applied to reduce the weight of vehicles, safer cars and other road users and maintaining sustainable development. The initial chapters is familiarization with composite material with his division and characteristics, another part is list of the types of fibers and matrices used in car construction. The main part of this work is description the application and manufacturing technology of fiber composites for the automotive industry. The last part is outlined the future development for the application of fiber composites in car construction
A Comparison of Two Models of the Energy Market Development in Czech Republic from 2015 to 2040

The bachelor thesis is focused on the prediction of the energy market in the Czech Republic between 2015 and 2040 and on the comparison of potential costs related to two models of energy portfolio management. The first model was created according to the National Energy Concept from 2014, while the other one was designed artificially to simulate usage of the renewable resources in 50% of the electric energy production. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the recent situation of the Czech energy market, defines types of energy resources and explains terms related to the discussed topic. In the practical part, direct production costs of different kinds of power plants were computed and used to estimate economic demands of the two considered models. The efficiency of both models was compared and evaluated. The aim of the thesis was to decide, which of the two models would be more favourable for the Czech national economy. The Appraisal of the Methods of Dealing with Bancrupcy of the Selected Company from the Perspective of Economic Benefits and Feasibility

This diploma thesis describes possible options of dealing with bankruptcy of chosen company with wider focus on economic aspects. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with possibilities how to resolve bankruptcy, course of insolvency proceedings, activities of insolvency trustee, status of creditors and registration of creditor’s receivables. The practical part deals with evaluation of economical situation of chosen company with recommendations for creditors, whether it is more advantageous to maintain the company operating, according to financial results (reorganization) or whether it is better to sell all of company’s assets (bankruptcy), and to cease its activities.
Proposal of Public Tenders Evaluation Procedure

The aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce the issues of evaluating public tenders generally and in a specific organization, to orientate in methods of multicriteria assessment analysis and by their means, to suggest suitable method of evaluating public tenders for the chosen organization. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the description of the process of evaluating public tenders in the Czech Republic, as well as the explanation of multicriteria decision making concept and the description of methods of multicriteria assessment analysis according to the types of information required. The practical part provides the characteristic of the chosen organization, more precisely its divisions. It also provides the regulation that is followed by the organization when realizing competitive tendering. The analysis itself involves the overview of the tenders realized in the scope of activity of the chosen division in the period of five years, as well as the information on the used evaluating criteria. Out of this overview, the sample of the typical tenders is defined, on which the chosen methods of multicriteria assessment analysis are applied. The aim of this process is to assess the order of the variations after the application of the methods of multicriteria assessment analysis and the newly determined evaluating criterion, as well as compare the results with the originally given basic evaluating criterion. Point method, WSA method and TOPSIS method are used for the assessment. In the final part of this thesis, the recommendation on more frequent utilization of multicriteria assessment is suggested to the contract owner, more precisely using such criteria that would be more effective when using public funds.
